Guest guest
just reading about vitamin b3 in the link below it says that b3 will cause you to flush when taken in a high enough amount, but taken continuously at high amounts this effect wears off because the flushing effects are down to the releace of histamine from cells. i remember reading research on erectile dysfunction and histamine having a positive effect on it, i know that tagamet a h2 blocker can cause erectile dysfunction. i remeber shay saying his neurotransmitter test had high histamine. bicker is also taking b3 in the infra red sauna treatment. i.e hes been reducing his histamine levels by taking it. another interesting thing about vitamin b3 is its relationship with tryptophan, b3 can be made by the body through the biosynthesis of tryptophan. apparently a b3 deficiency can occur if there is a deficiency of b1, b2, or b6. as all these vitamins are needed for the processing of tryptophan into b3. http://www.diagnose-me.com/treat/T120793.html
