Guest guest Posted April 12, 2012 Report Share Posted April 12, 2012 Hi everyone, I've been pretty busy this week, but am still getting in my workouts. This morning I did Maximum Body Sculpting with Tracie Long. I usually alternate toning video days with running on my treadmill, but I'm going to do all videos now. I've been having problems with my piriformis muscle, from running. It doesn't hurt so much while I run, but I really feel it later, whenever I sit down, and especially sitting in the car. I had to go to a seminar for work yesterday, and was miserable sitting all day long. So I'm going to lay off the running for awhile (or forever?. Hopefully I will feel some improvement. I'm also doing stretches to help. I ordered a few cardio videos, Kathy , Christi , and Sansone, so I'm excited about that.
