Guest guest
Whew! Well the mole issue is the most important one, so yay, that is terrific news! Sore heels suck, but once again there's always pilates Hope the tootsies feel better, like yesterday! I got my stitches out & pathology report on the mole they removed and thankfully, all is well (and I can scratch that spot when it itches now too)! My toes have been handling the high impact very well, just a little discomfort when I first wake up but nothing else. However, my heels are really sore again so I'm definitely going back to the doc tomorrow for a fix up. With that going on, I definitely didn't want to be on my feet much today but did have to walk a long ways carrying lots of stuff for the one class I do on Wednesdays and then stood for that whole hour so I figured my workout better be mild. I didn't have a whole lot of time for a workout and I really didn't feel like doing one either to be honest. I ran out of excuses though so I finally forced myself downstairs, threw in FIRM Abs and did workout 1 for 10 minutes earlier this afternoon before came home from school. It wasn't much but it was something. It was good too. Not too challenging but that was fine for me today. I might do another one from that DVD later (and I might not). But I did do something so go me! :-)

Guest guest
Hi , Thanks!!! Yeah, I thought about pilates and just couldn't bring myself to do it. ;-) With this one, you're on your feet for the warm-up and stretch at the end and that's about it so this worked too. I thought of you though. I told myself, "You have no excuses, you CAN do pilates, just like told you!" :-) Re: FIRM Abs & updates Whew! Guest guest
I thought about Ab Ripper 100 too (not ready for 200 right now) and wasn't in the mood for Tony. Didn't think about upper body in a chair except Tamilee's I Want Those Arms workout 2 and wasn't in the mood for Tamilee. Can ya tell I was really trying not to workout?! :-) These are all good ideas though, thanks! FIRM Abs & updatesDate: Wed, May 9, 2012 5:32 pm Whew! Guest guest
Thanks ! Been taking it easy the last 2 days and they're okay, not perfect but improved at least. Hopefully it will all be over soon. Guest guest
Thanks, Carolyn! I thought of you today when I didn't feel like doing anything and made myself do another 10 minute workout.
