Hi all,

I decided I just didn't have the necessary attention span to do a TLT. If I

remember it correctly, these routines had lots of twists and turns. I was

craving total body strength -- something familiar, so I did Firm MBS again. I

need to go back to STS, though.

I did a walk commute. They're doing a huge street reconfiguration where I live,

so riding a bike in rush hour traffic has become hazardous. It's OK.

OT: The dolphin ukulele has shipped. I thought it would be funny if I called it

" The Edge " . ;)

I'm on my break. CRAAAAZY day at work. Looking forward to my evening walk and

some quality guitar time tonight.
