Update on aneursym and question on Boniva

Good evening to the group. I felt well enough to play all weekend,

so now I have to do 4 loads of laundry before I go to bed so we'll

have clean clothes to wear this week. What a goober I am!

I wanted to give you an update on the aneursym we're tracking. I

remembered that I had a chest x-ray a year ago, so I got the films

and gave them to the surgeon. The aneursym was just beginning a

year ago, so it has grown over the past year to 4.7 cm. He said

that sometimes it will grow for awhile and then stop, so he still

wants to monitor until July and then do another ct scan at that

time. Of course, if I have any symptoms I should go immediately to

the emergency room.

Now for my question: I'm going to take my first Boniva tablet

tomorrow morning (once-a-month osteoporosis treatment). Has anyone

experienced any joint pain increase from taking this pill or its

sister, Foxomax (once-a-week osteoporosis treatment)? That is

listed as one of the potential side effects.
