I did one today that I haven't pulled out in quite a while. in fact, I've only done it once. I did Amy's Kettlebell Squared. The cardio sections are a bit tricky, but I was able to do all of it this time. I used 12 DB for all of this and I know this is considerably less then Amy's KB, but it worked for me, especially since I did PUB yesterday. She doesn't wear shoes, but I did this time. I do think I'll not wear them next time and see how it feels. With all the turns she does I could feel my left knee hurting just a tiny bit. I have to say I really enjoyed this workout. I burned 414 calories, avg 131, max 164, steps 4,846 Today is our 25th wedding anniversary. We're going out to dinner later. I'll scratch my good diet for today. I didn't realize this would be so hard. I was really huffing and buffing. The abs is so short. I got a nice burn, but didn't last long. I burned 312 calories, avg 138, max 174, steps 2,617. Today was a fun mix. I did Cathe's MMA Boxing warm up and heavy bag bonus wearing my 1 lb gloves and then worked back.
