Guest guest
Rose, I'm sorry to hear about your dentist's finding. It's amazing what we can handle " one day at a time " I had TMJ for so long and somewhere along the way it " passesd " I thank God as I remember it was hard. My diet had to change also to more soft foods, less chewing and so on. ALso someone memtioned a gangoloid cyst on the wrist, in a post. I also had one appear on my wrist and it hurt sooooo bad! It also went away after months and I don't even remember noticing it when it went away. I was to busy dealing with the pain and going to exercise classes in a warm pool for fibro/arthiritis theraphy which I think is a must for all of us. I could barely walk but I always felt better when I was done as the social part of it was so much needed for me. I am going to get started again. Even if it means being wheel in as I think I am going to back into a wheel-chair. I was in a whel-chair 5 years ago for one year and so I can deal with it. I think it will be good in that I thik I will be able to use less medicines and and so on. Especially the prednisone. I wish you the best and try to not stress over it as it will just hurt you more. I know you know that and it is easier said than done. Hang in there my friend. Isn't this site great for support? I love it! I love the story that was shared about the violinest, I am holing on to those words also about making " music with 3 strings when he had to as he broke one string " That was special and uplifting. I needed that. My hands have begun to shake so much from the pain or something. They look like sausages- so fat and hurt. I will still keep going. At least I have hands. ANother day to sing a song and to worship an be grateful for everything. The god and the bad- I guess. Dawn, blessings to you! I pray your jaw problems go away as mine did. I wonder how many in the group are in whhel-chairs. If you care to share please do. I think my poor knees just can't be put through anymore. My legs and feet also. So much nodules under all my muscles in my arms, thighs and so on. think you get the picture. I think I could do more, get out more if I go with a wheel-chair again. Blessings to all & pain-free days in abundance, is my prayer for all of us, with love,
