I am doing a lot of walking with the nice weather along with yoga. I am looking to step things up soon as bathing suit season is upon us! How about you?

Kathy Vetro! Nice to hear from you! I like weddings and such but I tell ya as time goes by I become more and more antisocial. This 3 day weekend I'm spending 100% alone, and I'm loving it! Congrats to your 48 year old cousin! I'm 44, never married, and am pretty sure I never will. I haven't had a boyfriend since 2006 and am STILL nursing the wounds from that one if you can believe it. How are your workouts going, and which ones have you been doing lately?

Great workout as always. I will enjoy my day more after my cousin's weddingshower. I hate these things...Can't tell I am getting old and crabby. I amso happy for her though. She is 48 and getting married for the first timein July. She dated one dud after another and was engaged at least twicethat I remember. She had a very specific criteria list (makes at least100k, has master's degree great job, etc) which really limited her datingpool but she did hit pay dirt with her hubby who more than exceeds thecriteria, but is also (unlike the others) is a really nice guy.Off to workout, shower and shower!Kathy

Hi Kathy!I've mostly been lifting at the gym, one body part per day, 30 minutes / 6 exercises' worth, then hitting a cardio machine or the swimming pool afterward.  I still do videos at home, but they are mostly instructor dvd's for gym classes.   Enjoying being in this rut for awhile!  i " m getting strong, still fat though from eating too much.
