Guest guest Posted May 19, 2012 Report Share Posted May 19, 2012 So I am doing a crazy challenge with the BB coach and yes while I find most of them obnoxious.. this one has been good and even sent samples and reminded my to be careful with auto ship et.c. Anyway. the challenge is simply the food plan from the TurboFire program's 5 day quick start. I was good and packed all the right food for my dog show today and didn't eat cake and all the crap they have these events. THEN (and this is what I am most proud of) we are suppose to get min. 30 min of cardio in. Normally after agility trial I am pooped (I got 15000 steps and 20 stairs in!) but today I took a page from 's book and went to gym and did 30 min on eliptical.. burned 300 more calories.. off to shower and bed for another dog day!)judy Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
