I hate these things...Can't tell I am getting old and crabby. I am so happy for her though. She is 48 and getting married for the first time in July. She dated one dud after another and was engaged at least twice that I remember. She had a very specific criteria list (makes at least 100k, has master's degree great job, etc) which really limited her dating pool but she did hit pay dirt with her hubby who more than exceeds the criteria, but is also (unlike the others) is a really nice guy. Off to workout, shower and shower! Kathy Saturday Workout I had plenty of time for a workout this morning, but couldn't decide what to do. I wanted something FUN, that's all I knew for sure. I ended up doing Cathe's Slide & Glide. I did the cardio + abs premix. I didn't use the disk for any of the workout except for the abs. I love doing my own modifications with this workout. I'm right in time with Cathe so it works perfectly. Mine version is a lot more high impact so that's why my HRM told me I reached a 180 max. I also didn't do any of the burpees, I did jumping jacks instead and man did I do a lot of those. I burned 273 calories, avg 136, max 180, steps 2,936. Not a huge calorie burn, but I had fun.
