Guest guest Posted May 19, 2012 Report Share Posted May 19, 2012 I had plenty of time for a workout this morning, but couldn't decide what to do. I wanted something FUN, that's all I knew for sure. I ended up doing Cathe's Slide & Glide. I did the cardio + abs premix. I didn't use the disk for any of the workout except for the abs. I love doing my own modifications with this workout. I'm right in time with Cathe so it works perfectly. Mine version is a lot more high impact so that's why my HRM told me I reached a 180 max. I also didn't do any of the burpees, I did jumping jacks instead and man did I do a lot of those. I burned 273 calories, avg 136, max 180, steps 2,936. Not a huge calorie burn, but I had fun.
