Good morning!

Haven't slept well for the past few days, but what's new? I got up with my upper back pretty sore. I felt so tired this morning that I really wanted to just get up and feed the dogs and go lay back down. I never do that and if I did I'd just be mad at myself for it. So on with the workout.....

I did the standing part and abs. I sat too long again on the computer to get the whole thing in.

Standing Leg Work:

Lunges/Back Lunges - "warm up set": 8 Lunges/Back Lunges - "heavy" set: 35 Plie Squats: Body Bar Plie Squats w/ heavy barbell: 35

Squats w/ heavy barbell: 35 Sit and Stand Squats: 35 ( 7 risers ) Quarter Deadlifts (I skipped these and did step ups on my plat form to get a few steps in on my fitbit) Calf Raises: Abs
