I injured my back (a knot that wont go away in the middle of my right shoulder blade) almost two months ago so i havent done much turbo kick or strength training:( going to see a sports massage therapist who is going to try the bowen therapy. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bowen_technique Pretty much i work on my core, run, and spin during the week. Loving spin so much i'm searching for a road bike so i can ride outside. i have a bunch of friends who like to ride and are interested in long rides and races. looking forward to that!! Two weeks ago i committed to complete my personal training certification with ACE!! My books arrived last week!!! I am very excited!! Glad to see everyone here is still busy working out!!!
