Guest guest Posted May 19, 2012 Report Share Posted May 19, 2012 I'm not nuts about the latest Group Kick release going on at the gym, so I got my kickboxing done at Studio LouLou this morning with Body Combat #30. It was a lot of fun! The newer ones are harder, I think, but I had a great time practicing form with this one. My favorite part was track 6 I believe it was, with " Rock Me Amadeus " . You do a jenga with a jumping side kick! Nice! I like Body Combat because it's athletic and martial arts like, but I must say Turbo Kick is a much harder workout cardio and intensity wise. To that end, I felt like I needed more cardio . I think I'm becoming addicted to Hip Hop Hustle! I've done HHH 22 twice and thought I would go backward and try #21 (I've done them all I think through HHH 11) It was a lot of fun! When came out to teach Block 1 I was a bit worried. I had to abandon HHH 8 I think it was because her cuing was so bad, but in HHH 22 she cued just fine! Block 2 was done by who was very good. This release has " The Show " , where in class you learn a chunk and have a dance off. This isn't as much of a workout so I just did half of it. Chalene was teaching it and it was SO NICE to see HER!
