Guest guest Posted May 19, 2012 Report Share Posted May 19, 2012 The gym was empty this evening - just like I like it! started out with abs on a stability ball:50 center crunches50 left oblique 50 right obliqueFor back, 3 sets of 10:lat pulldown (in shape) (40) 60, 60, 60 seated row (life fitness)75, 70, 70 each of the three grips one time eachiso lateral hi row55, 55. 55single arm dumbell row25, 25, 25kettlebell pullover35, thirty consecutive reps 3 X 10 TRX supine incline bodyweight rowsended with close to 30 minutes on the eliptical, 300 calories' worthGot a little over 8 hours this week, and only one hour of it was walking!
