Thursday Workout

Good morning!

I didn't pick out a workout last night because I wasn't sure how my legs would feel today. I have some DOMS in my calves and inner thighs and I think there will be more to come later. I went ahead and went with what I had on my mind while lying in bed at 3 am this morning. :(

I did Breathless Body. I did the whole workout but only 4 of each 8 drills. I actually should've just done all 8 and only half the workout because at the end I found myself wanting more.

Sticking with Amy I put in her Give Me 10 More and did the fat blasting, Core and part of the floor stretches. The core was a total waste of time. She did most of it standing and I felt nothing.

So with all of that I burned 420 calories, avg 137, max 181, steps 5,208
