Guest guest Posted June 11, 2012 Report Share Posted June 11, 2012 Hi Everyone,Today was Ellen's Fat Burning Fusion followed by Mari Winsor's 20 Min Workout from her original series. I am actually really feeling all these Pilates/Fusion workouts - my legs feel worked and mildly sore as does my torso. I also feel "long" and stretched. I love these!! Tomorrow I'm planning to do a light cardio (something I can do barefoot, preferrably, as I have decided I don't want to wear shoes this week!) and then Yogini.I hope everyone has a good day!Still no word from the Collie people. I'm trying not to be discouraged - I figure the right dog will come into our lives at the right time, but I really hope I hear from them at the same time!
