Good morning!

Just got back from walking the dogs. Going out to dinner later so we wanted to get them walked this morning. We haven't got to take them in close to week with the rain and then having our sales.

Today was Step Moves. This one is a lot of fun. I followed that up with abs from MMA KB.

I burned 456 calories, avg 146, max 179, steps 5,087
