Walk over Back Day

I'm going out to dinner on the company dime tonite to a fancy shmancy $30+ a plate seafood place tonite so no gym for me. I was going to do Back at the Sweat Shop but it is GORGEOUS, sunny and warm out today so I opted for much needed sun therapy today. I needed that 3 mile walk!

I listened to the new Round 50 music for Turbo Kick and I must say I like it! Very "Electro-Sass" - my own classification nomenclature...
