Hi Everyone,Boy, I can see how if you fall off the wagon it is hard to get back on. Once again, I REALLY wanted to blow off my workout this morning and stay in bed. I think it is, in part, due to having trouble staying asleep during the night. I'm not really sure why.....I haven't really changed any of my habits and although I'm a coffee hound, I generally stop before lunch and I don't drink or eat anything else w/ caffeine.....for the rest of the day. I feel like I can nap, right now!Oh well -I'll toss it up to things just being weird in my body. Today was X-Factor Week # 4 once again! Here's the breakdown this time:Circuit # 1180 degree squat jumps (I did these ok!) 30 sec"Windsheild Wipers 45 sec (I modified w/ bent knees to spare my back)"Survivor Plank" or

"Spiders" (elbow plank to straight arm plank first right side, then left) 90 sec - I modified by alternating arms for 45 sec then holding in a static elbow plank for 45 sec.Circuit # 2Tuck Jumps - 30 sec - did them - not pretty!Double Crunches 45 secToothpick (basically, a one-legged deadlift) 45 sec each side for 90 sec totalWater BreakCircuit # 3Roll-up to Standing/Jump (I think this is called a 'deck squat'?) 30 sec (I modified by just doing squat jumps)Reverse Crunches 45 secOne -legged squat 90 sec, 45 sec each sideCircuit # 4Burpee (blech!) 30 secOblique Twists 45 secFast fee, drop to do # of push-ups instructor says! 90 secWater BreakRepeatOverall, it wasn't bad and easier than Week # 3. Someone on VF is a bit ahead of me in this rotation and she is writing up the breakdowns for weeks # 5 & 6 - and those look do-able as

well! For my yoga I did the TTOM practice on Yoga Complete for Every Body.I have my dental appointment this afternoon....:( And hope to get the house straightened up and some work for my job done in between!Take care!Donna
