I just did STS Disc 1 Meso 1 Week 1 chest shoulders biceps. I also did the

extended stretch, which was absolutely yummy. I like that stretch.

It's so good to get started. I was cautious with the weights because I didn't

know how stable my pelvis would be, but the glute really is better. I just need

to regain flexibility. My hamstrings and hips felt pretty tight.

I am retaining fluids for some reason. My ankles are quite swollen, especially

the left one. Weird. Nothing hurts. I think it's just that I'm recovering from

Thursday's 52 mile ride. It'll pass.
