Guest guest Posted August 3, 2012 Report Share Posted August 3, 2012 Hi - Quick post, I'm rushing off this morning!Today was Prevention/Freytag's Drop it in 30 workout - 20-ish min of traditional add-on style cardio and 20-ish min of interval-ish cardio w/ warm-up and cool down.
