Good morning!!

Today was kick box. I pulled out Cathe's Kick Max. It had been a year since I'd done this workout. I did all of it but the leg drills at the end. Those 10 blasts are so hard. I modified a lot. I felt like I should've pushed myself more, but I still got it done and I guess that's all that matters. I wore my 1 lb gloves for the combos. The blasts makes up for the combos not being very hard, that's for sure.

I burned 431 calories, avg 146, max 194, steps 5,641

Just got back from walking the dogs. Its going to be another hot one today.
