Sorry on the diet, . We all can definitely relate.I love how active you are. If nothing else, be so proud of that.~~ Sent from my Thunderbolt 4GLTE ----- Reply message -----To: " Exercise Videos " <exercisevideos >Subject: Round 51 + 11.66 hours this week! / X-Train Fit rotation [1 Attachment]Date: Sat, Jul 14, 2012 3:20 pm

Diet continues to be terrible beyond mention, but I did enjoy a rockin' Turbo Kick Round 51 this morning and 11.66 hours of exercise this week!    4.25 of those hours were walking.  I'm really liking R51's choreography A LOT!  I had to modify some of it in a few parts, but by and large I love this one!  Not a top 5 favorite, but definitely one I will enjoy revisiting in the future!

I have a possible rotation idea using X-TrainFit with Oram. I attached the calendar in the Word document.  I find I'm needing a schedule, some guidance.  It turns out today's workout is the Cardio workout, so I substituted Turbo Kick for that dvd, and on Tuesday the rotation calls for the Legs workout, which happens to be my last session with Noel - which will be Legs.  After that I will either do the gym equivalent of what is listed, or do the dvd.   That way if I feel like working out at home I can, or if I feel like getting out of the house and making use of my gym membership I can do that too. You use the same dvd's for 3 months so I'm sure to do them all a few times at some point.

X-TrainFit is an amateurish version of P90X,  filmed with regular people, not super models... http://www.xtrainfit.com/   I thought it would be fun to try these and just to have a structure, a plan.  Of course I really need to fix my EATING HABITS *sigh*

Great job on the exercise as ALWAYS! Now for your food. Have you been journaling? I have to get back to that myself. JenSubject: Round 51 + 11.66 hours this week! / X-Train Fit rotation [1 Attachment]To: "Exercise Videos" <exercisevideos >Date: Saturday, July 14, 2012, 3:20 PM
