Tonight I wanted to do Amy's Hip Hop Walk again. I chose to do just chapters 3 and 4, plus the cool down. This was 25 minutes. I took that out and put in Shiva Rea and did the matrix for another 25 minutes. I really enjoyed both of these workouts.

It's been so darn hot today. Made it to 96, I think. We also have NO rain in sight. Ugh.
