Hi Everyone,I'm still dragging a bit due to the recent dog drama/trauma and all of its aftermaths (including my DD's injury - she is feeling a lot better, though, but I do wish that she was able to do the fun things she likes to do in the summer such as swim and ride!) Oh well....Anyway, today I did get up and I did the Weight Watcher's Punch Intermediate Level workout. I was going to do the Advanced, but didn't really have the time. I slept in a bit too long - my tooth - the one the dentist fixed "pro-actively" is really bugging me - can't figure it out if it is just sensitive or if there is something wrong. (Although I wasn't having problems w/ the tooth, my dentist thought it best to put a crown on b/c it was beginning to wear down - it is a very back tooth - and apparently I grind/clench....) I'm bummed, I wish we just left it alone. I

do go back to the dentist on the 31st, I hope it is better by then...if not, I may have to go sooner....I don't want to end up w/ something serious like an abcess or infection or something yucky like that. (That happened to my neighbor!)Although today is my regular walk day w/ my friend, I'm going to catch up on some work and stuff at home that fell by the wayside and go out to lunch w/ my DH. I tihnk we're going to start looking for another dog after we come back from vacation in August. But, this time, I'm really going to take my time, be careful, screen the dog and the rescue. Several people recommended a Lab Rescue organization to me, and said they do a very good job of screening the dogs. I really miss having a canine companion!

I think I'm also going to switch gears and do the 10 lb Slimdown Xtreme workouts next - although I really loved the Tracie Long workouts - my mind needs something simpler to follow right now and as I recall the 10 lb Slimdown Xtremes are pretty straightforward. I'm not going to follow the rotation as written though - it is overkill, I'm going to do my own thing - basically 2 Xtreme Circuits, Cardio, Yoga and walking.

Talk to everyone soon!Donna
