Did the new low impact Turbofire, the 25 min HIIT. .great workout.. love it and it is good after tough dog agility weekend. Followed with week 1 day 3 of Tai Cheng. same neural reboot each day (but I love it) and today we did 7 min of ward off static moves.feeling better even though it is monday :)judy
