Guest guest Posted April 30, 2012 Report Share Posted April 30, 2012 Did the new low impact Turbofire, the 25 min HIIT. .great workout.. love it and it is good after tough dog agility weekend. Followed with week 1 day 3 of Tai Cheng. same neural reboot each day (but I love it) and today we did 7 min of ward off static moves.feeling better even though it is monday :)judy Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
