Guest guest Posted April 30, 2012 Report Share Posted April 30, 2012 Hi Everyone, On the workouts front - I'm not too sore from X-factor yesterday - mostly in my waist and shoulders (Carolyn, I can see this being troubling for upper body/upper back issues- so take it easy!! Skip whatever needs to be skipped!) - but nothing too terrible. For today I wanted "fun" so I did an oldie but a goodie - Gin 's Aerostep, which I still have on VHS - I'm not sure if they ever put this one on DVD? This one is fun - it combines step and floor cardio for around 45 min. I followed up w/ 20 min of yoga from AM Yoga for Your Week, I did the twisting practice which has a nice set of floor, seated and standing postures. I always avoided twists thinking they would be aggravating to my back, but they are actually quite therapeutic - the only thing that aggravates my back is a lot of the forward bends.Ok - talk to everyone later!Donna Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
