Inositol for PSSD?

I found this post on injurytalk.com which possibly indicates inositol as a

treatment for

PSSD.

http://www.injurytalk.com/forums/t3969-Permanent-Persistent-sexual-side-effects-

from-SSRIs.html

Some of the details are unclear and I have tried to contact the writer but my

e-mail was

returned undelivered. I continue to believe that PSSD involves the signaling of

serotonin

and inositol has proven to be an effective 2nd messenger for serotonin. Many on

this site

have suggested that it helps their anxiety.

Does anyone here have any experience with inositol at higher than standard

doses?

Any return of sexual function, while on inositol, that may otherwise be credited

to other

drugs or herbs you are taking?

I've also read other research that suggests that inositol re-sensitizes

serotonin receptors

that have been de-sensitized. We've had many conversations on here about

de-sensitized

receptors.

Anyone with experience taking inositol please respond.
