Guest guest Posted July 16, 2012 Report Share Posted July 16, 2012 Hi Everyone, Rushing a bit this morning - but this morning's workout was 10 lb slimdown xtreme kickboxing. I really like that one - next time, I may use weighted gloves to up the intensity a bit. Although I didn't feel it at the time, I'm a little sore from the Total Body workout yesterday - I think next time, if I up the weights a little it will be even better. I finished up w/ Namaste Yoga - the practice I did was Sun Dance, and it was very good for me today - a lot of side angle/triangle poses. aahh...Tomorrow is a yoga focus day - I'm not sure what I will do for Yoga - I may do the 10 lb xtreme yoga and maybe a short cardio.
