Well I got 8.75 hours in last week - 3.33 hours of it were walking.  The 5 or so hours I did though were pretty intense and I guess I should be proud but I'm just not.  Not feeling as hard core lately and feeling unmotivated in general.  Maybe it's the heat?  I like the heat, but it does make me a bit sluggish.  Yoga felt so good this morning that I may do the Yoga for Stress Relief, Practice for the SI Joint tonite to relieve my lower back. 

In store this week:mon:  mindless cardio at the Sweat Shop since it will be too hot to walk outside, and then I'll do Zumba at [air conditioned] CAC.  tues: chest and tri's with Noelwed: a.m. yoga, pm shoulders and cardio

thurs:  group kick, new routine!fri:  offsat: ?sun: yoga
