The 5 or so hours I did though were pretty intense and I guess I should be proud but I'm just not. Not feeling as hard core lately and feeling unmotivated in general. Maybe it's the heat? I like the heat, but it does make me a bit sluggish. Yoga felt so good this morning that I may do the Yoga for Stress Relief, Practice for the SI Joint tonite to relieve my lower back. In store this week:mon: mindless cardio at the Sweat Shop since it will be too hot to walk outside, and then I'll do Zumba at [air conditioned] CAC. tues: chest and tri's with Noelwed: a.m. yoga, pm shoulders and cardio thurs: group kick, new routine!fri: offsat: ?sun: yoga Sunday 6/24/12 strength triceps CAC 30 Sunday 6/24/12 cardio eliptical CAC 25 Sunday 6/24/12 walking walk home from gym outside 15 Monday 6/25/12 strength chest Sweat Shop 30 Tuesday 6/26/12 strength legs with Noel Fitness 30 Wednesday 6/27/12 walking esplanade 3 miles outside 60 Thursday 6/28/12 kickboxing Group Kick CAC 60 Monday 7/2/12 walking esplanade 3 miles outside 60 Monday 7/2/12 dance Zumba CAC 60 Monday 7/2/12 walking walk home outside 20 Tuesday 7/3/12 strength back and biceps with Noel Fitness 30 Thursday 7/5/12 strength legs Sweat Shop 45 Friday 7/6/12 walking esplanade 3 miles outside 60 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
