Guest guest Posted May 31, 2012 Report Share Posted May 31, 2012 Good evening! Tonight I pulled out Power Yoga For Happiness (Quickie) routine. I chose this because of the long holding pigeon. My hips are really talkin' to me. This has a few sun salutations along with some standing poses (which burned) but he gets through all of that pretty quick. I'm done with yoga for the week.
