I struggle to get started mostly b/c I'm bored with these (Personally, I think unless I'm following a generic rotation template - 30 days is my personal limit for a rotation with specific DVDs!!) - but I only have 1 week to go - but once I get going the time flies by and they are done before I know it. For yoga I did the "Chill Vibe" practice from Yoga for Young Bodies (which I borrowed from the library) this was 30 min or so of floor postures for stretching and relaxation. Very nice! May even think about putting this DVD on my wish list. It is by Hemelayaa - who also did Yoga for Urban Living...
