I can already feel tonite's Leg workout, so I know I'll be sore for the next few days - yay!  And I'm happy with my 7.33 hour week.  warmup:  15 minutes LifeFitness treadmill walk, incline 2, speed 3, 100 calories

then, 3 sets of 10:warmup exercise = seated leg press (LifeFitness)(150) 150 160, 160hack squat machine120, 120, 120leg extension (LifeFitness)75, 75, 75seated hamstring curl (Hammerstrength)

60, 60, 60prone hamstring curl (LifeFitness)65 (failed on 8th rep), 50, 50adductor (LifeFitness)170, 170, 170abductor (LifeFitness)170, 170, 170usual goodness afterward (stretching station, hot tub, steam room and sauna)
