Guest guest
I don't know anything about muscle relaxers. Maybe I should ask about something to relax my stupid shoulder muscle. It feels like it's sticking out 20 feet behind me in a tight and painful knot today and I want to die. I came on real quick today to see if anybody responded and then I'm going back to bed. Thank you for the info, Debbie. It is very helpful. Hugs, Annie > > Hi Annie, > > I have had fibro since 1992. Light weight exercise helps my muscles. > Yoga does, also. Guest guest
I'm on the new Cymbalta but it makes me so sick my mornings are shot. I'm glad I work at home so I can work close to the bathroom. My daughter doesn't copy me working in the kitchen by pretneding to tir a pot, she gets a bucket and pretends to be sick like mommy every morning. Do your meds make you sick? Guest guest
Hi Annie, You're welcome. You need to find a muscle relaxant soon. Now my rt trapezius is in a bad spasm, too. I took my Some at 5:45 but will take another around 9:15 since I am allowed to take it 3x day. Normally I only take it at bedtime unless I get spastic like now. I have been taking Soma several years with complications. Other ones I read that people take are Flexeril, Skalaxin, and Zanaflex. All can cause drowsiness, unless we are in this situation. Hope you feel better soon. hugs, Debbie L > > I don't know anything about muscle relaxers. Maybe I should ask > about something to relax my stupid shoulder muscle.
