Guest guest Posted April 28, 2012 Report Share Posted April 28, 2012 i finished up xfactor week 2 today! this week i missed an ab workout (injury) and a cardio workout (illness). i also didnt do as much walking as i wanted (lousy weather). oh well, at least i didnt miss workouts because i was just too lazy. the week 2 xfactor workout seemed easier today, probably because i know what is coming. i still had to modify some things but certainly not enough to change the whole workout. if that ever happens then it will be time to move onto something else...lol. if i have time i will view workout 3 and list the exercises. probably wont get around to it, so tomorrow's xfactor workout will be a surprise. my weight keeps going down... all-time low of 124.5 today, size 6/7 in pants, which completely amazes me because i have not weighed anything close to that in 14 years (since i got pregnant the first time). i was around 150 lbs, size 12/13, height 5'2, so i get comments about being half of my size. interestingly, most of the comments, both good and bad, come from people who are over-weight. one man asked me if i had been ill other people dont say anything or dont notice which is fine with me! i dont have any clothes in this size except shorts and shirts. so i desperately need to shop the second-hand stores for jeans and black dress pants for work. i hit a shop yesterday and bought shirts (50 cents each, couldnt resist) and a big red handbag ($4 but is it fashionable? or tacky? not sure).... of course all things that i dont need!
