Good morning everyone!

So I got up this morning just feeling "blah". I had plenty of time for a workout since we weren't going anywhere this morning. The thing was I didn't feel like anything hard, but yet I wanted something fun. I actually didn't feel like ANY workout at all, but you know......

So I pulled out one that I've just done a couple of times. I did Shape Your Abs with York (cardio/circuit only). Here's the breakdown.

Cardio 1

Squats w/rows- 8 DB

Cardio 2

Lunges w/shoulder work 5 DB

Cardio 3

Curtsey lunge w/ side lateral and bicep curls 5 DB

Cardio 4

Knee up/lunge back w/tricep kickbacks 5 DB

This workout was lighter then what I even thought. I found that after about 10 minutes I wanted more. I kept it all light though and just did the workout "as is. I have to say it was fun and a nice change to not be huffing and puffing.

I burned a whopping 224 calories, avg 129, max 156, steps 3,055
