Guest guest
What can I say, Lori is just the best instructor ever. We did the Fall '08 release this morning. It was easier than the other routines we've done but it had different martial arts moves that were cool, like a " C " punch where you do a rib and a jab at the same time, a tiger type stance w/ knee up block, and this cool one where you take your fingers with both hands, go under your opponent's rib cage then upward movement into their internal organs. After that I did biceps, in a gym full of silver haired members, 3 sets of 10:warmup exercisehammer curls(10's) 12.5's, 15's, 15's (failed on the 9th rep on the last set)w's 12.5's, 10's, 10'sincline curls on a bench12's, 12's, 12's (need to go up next time)crossover curls12, 10, 10concentration curls12.5, 10, 10I'm happy to report I'm feeling last night's tricep workout. I'm always worried I don't work hard enough at least until the soreness sets in. Tomorrow I hope to run outside but we've had a record wet March for Portland. It's rained pretty much nonstop for a couple of weeks. If it's like this tomorrow I will do one of my Spinning dvd's!
