Guest guest Posted May 24, 2012 Report Share Posted May 24, 2012 Good morning! Just got back from walking the dogs. Supposed to climb close to 90 today so too hot for them. It was nice and cool. We got about a 25 minute walk in. Today's workout started out with Amy Bento's Kick Box Xtreme #6 all intervals NRG. This premix all includes the bonus bag sections, which even though I don't have a bag I still did it and it was fun. I did skip interval #5, I always do. I even skip the combo #5. I just plain don't like that one. Its a space hog and the interval I get nothing out of. After that, it was on to Meso 2 #19 shoulder work. Seated front press (double wave load) 12/10/8 reps (repeats)14/16/17 Standing lateral raise 12/10/8 reps 12 Prone incline rear flys 12/10/8 reps 10 I decided to add on some ab work. I didn't know if I'd have time this evening or tomorrow so I did High Step Challenge abs and stretch. I really like this one. My energy level is STILL low and I have no idea why. Again, I was pushing it to get through the cardio. Maybe I need to back off the cardio a little bit?
