Yeah, sorry, you are moving your shoulder toward the opposite knee with your AB muscles.

 

Boy I'm glad you sent this one because I was thinking, you're using your shoulder??? Huh? I thought this was abs?! Now it makes sense, thanks for the form pointer!

Let me know how it goes!  Everyone, a form reminder - you are really using your SHOULDER to bring that elbow over to your knee, you are not pulling on your neck with your elbow to get it there.  Your hands are behind your head to support the neck, that's it, it's your abs that twist your side over in the direction of the opposite knee

Can you tell I was an aerobics instructor LOL
