Hi Carolyn,

I'm glad you got to sleep and felt well enough to do a 4 mile AND work in the deli! Wow! I love that video. I haven't done it in a long time because I haven't felt like putting up with her for more than 30 minutes but this is still one of my favorites for when I'm in the mood for her! :-)

4 really big miles (leslie)

hi !yesterday was a rest day and did i ever rest! i felt lousy so i slept for many many hours. i still felt crappy when i finally woke up this morning, so i did office work until i started to perk up a bit.i reached for the scheduled xfactor 2, but put it back and decided id better do something easier. id missed a cardio workout last week, so i picked a leslie sansone... i havent done one of hers in a really long time!this one was from her 'walk slim' set and was called '4 really big miles' and is about an hour long. i thought it was going to be boring... the same old leslie yakkin and walkin.... and it started out that way, but then wow, the speed got going fast! and strangely, there was variety with jogging and different arm movements, mary led one part, and the stretchie band was used in another... etc. i didnt feel bored at all until the last part of the 4th mile, and fitbit logged 6800 steps, so overall this leslie workout turned out to be alright! and when i was done, i was feeling quite a bit better. ive moved xfactor 2 to tomorrow morning before work, im sure that i will do better then.then i went to the deli for a boring evening shift and logged another 7000 steps there, which is quite a bit lower than normal. so it is a good thing that i did the leslie workout.:*carolyn.

I love getting those steps, but unfortunately I'm going back down to 10,000 as my goal.

For me, my goal of 12,000 steps was making me have to really move the entire day. That's a good thing in most cases, but for me, I'm not eating enough (according to my doctor) and the recent news of Anemia which has caused some dizzy spells, and with the added steps I'm probably pushing it too much. I'll see how this goes and maybe later I can add a little more.

Good job with !!

Hi,

I was in the mood for a dvd today, too, and I did Walk Slim " 4 Really

Fast Miles " . It had some jogging intervals mixed in, too, so I got a decent

workout (but was fairly easy, which is what I wanted today!) Some days her

workouts are a welcome relief from all the other crazy workouts I try to do. :)

michelle, 10K steps a day is nothing to sneeze at!!! and in

light of your anemia diagnosis, it is a smart idea to lighten up

for a while until it is resolved.

I know 10,000 steps isn't bad, but I think it will be pretty easy to get now lol. I've actually lost weight, not a good thing for me and though it might not help, I would like to get myself in better shape with eating and all before I go back for the next round of blood tests and hope that all is back to normal.
