Guest guest
Hi Dennis: I sure hope you are feeling better - so sorry to hear that you had to go to the hospital! How scary it must have been for you. I am so glad that they were able to " calm " your rhythm down. I hope that they are able to control it with medication, and that it won't be too expensive a med. Does this sort of heart problem, or other kinds of problems, run in your family? Did you have any idea that this might happen to you? My prayers are with you - take care - Kathe Kathe " To ride a horse is to borrow freedom. Guest guest
Kathe, I have no idea what might cause it. Dehydration, overexertion, things like that are the dangers I'm always flirting with. I can't stand to do nothing any longer than I have to. My youngest sister has a murmur and a fluttering sometimes, and has to take a particular brand of meds because the generic or other brands won't work for her, just that one. Other than that, there's no history in the family. I don't think I feel better, I just don't have the funny beat any more. It appears that without a ECG, you can't tell you have it. That bothers me! How am I to know before the danger strikes? Dennis Re: [ ] In the hospital again Dennis > Hi Dennis: > > I sure hope you are feeling better - so sorry to hear > that you had to go to the hospital! Guest guest
Dennis: Wow, no warning - that is a scary prospect. It does appear though that you do have some kind of idea what sort of stresses put your body more at risk, so you know what to avoid, but you don't know exactly what other things might trigger it, and that is a terrible thing. I only hope and pray that you never find out just what will trigger it, and will never again have to go through anything as scary as rapid and uneven heartbeat again. Keeping my fingers crossed for you - Kathe --- Kathe " To ride a horse is to borrow freedom.
