Hi Gang!  Did 3 sets of 10 with my friend Will and then we did 15 minutes of eliptical afterward.  I feel good! Lat Pulldown (In Shape)(40 to warm up) 60, 70, 60Seated Rows (Life Fitness, overhand grip)

70, 75, 75Iso Lateral High Row (Hammerstrength)55,55,55 per armsingle arm dumbell rows25, 25, 25pullovers35, 40, 40
