Pyramid Upper Body: Shoulders side lateral raises , front raises, rear delt flies 3/5/7/5/3 Slo-Mo: Shoulders Seated overhead press BB 3 sets 30 Cuban press 3 sets 8 Incline front press 3 sets 3 Standing rear fly 3 sets 8 I was FRYING on the shoulders in Slo-Mo.
