Guest guest Posted June 4, 2012 Report Share Posted June 4, 2012 This evening I did as planned. I did 's Down 10 lbs Concentrated Abs. This was a good routine and tough too. After that, I put in the Yin Yang Fusion workout and did the Movement & Stillness section. This is my first time doing anything from Guillermo Gomez. He seems OK, but couldn't tell a whole lot from this routine since it's mostly breathing and a few postures. I'll know more with a full workout. So today I got in close to 2 hours of workout.
