Went up in a few exercises and tried the new Life Fitness arc trainer type machine afterward - it's a cross between an eliptical and a stairclimber, and it's hard - look forward to getting better at it! chest press (hammerstrength, brick weights)(20) 20, 25, 25 per armiso lateral incline press (hammerstrength)30, 30, 30 per armiso lateral decline press (hammerstrength)40, 40, 40 per arm iso lateral bench press (hammerstrength)25, 25, 25 per armdumbell flys12.5's, 15's, 12.5'ssingle arm kettlebell chest press20, 20, 20 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
