Guest guest
I will start on Tuesday and be a day behind you all, and that's fine. It's just what works best with my schedule. I realized last night just how much I missed working out at home. I'll still go to CAC even if it's just walking on the treadmill and the executive workout afterward but it will be nice having this as a framework. It's for 8 weeks, it's not forever, and I figure if we get bored with the yoga and leg workouts we can always substitute something else. I like the cardio choice days, and will be running on Sunday. This will give me a chance to catch up on Turbo Kick and Hip Hop Hustle! day 1 Tues - xfactor week # (#=1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - 40 mins day 2 Wed - cardio choice day 3 Thurs- xfactor glutes & thighs (17 min) + xfactor abs (12 min) + xfactor yoga (25 min) day 4 Fri- cardio choice day 5 Sat - xfactor week # (same workout as day 1) day 6 Sun - cardio choice day 7 Mon - rest

Guest guest
Yay! I actually watched the first DVD this morning -I think I can do it! It reminds me a bit of Jillian's circuit workouts but with less attitude. Also, reminds me a bit of Tony Horton's style but w/out the Tony-isms. The instructor is pretty easy on the eyes, too. I was actually thinking of sprinkling in some of Charlene Prickett's workouts in - her strength workouts (at least the more recent ones) are very core focused, like these appear to be, so I think they will compliment each other well - plus it gives me a chance to visit w/ Charlene a bit since she helped me through my time crunch week this month! For now I plan to do the X-Factor weekly workout at least 2X per week, I may do it another time, I may do the add-on workouts or I may sub something else entirely for the 3rd session. On the "off" days I plan to do cardio. I also want to add as much yoga, athletic stretching, Classical Stretch, and Pilates in as possible b/c that seems to keep me injury free. Talk to everyone later!!Donna> I will start on Tuesday and be a day behind you all, and that's> fine.
