My feet didn't want any impact either.I love that Pyramid Upper Body so much. t's so much fun. I modified A LOT during the abs. I don't do crunches, so I did my own thing. I could barely hold a plank on the ball because my arms were shaking so much from the first part of the workout. That last stretch is delicious.Hope everyone is having a great weekend.
