warmup:  lifefitness treadmill speed 3 incline 2 for 30 minutes, 200 calories, mostly to help shake off the leg DOMS from yesterday's workout, then 3 sets of 10:warmup exercise - lifefitness tricep presslevel (7) 9,9, 9  (there are 12 levels total)

standing overhead extension with dumbell30, 30, 25rope pull (body master)40, 35, 30 (on the other rope pull station I can do 20 lbs more, weird, must be the height of pulley)single arm dumbell kickbacks

12, 12, 12lifefitness tricep extension machine55, 50, 50
