Guest guest Posted August 7, 2012 Report Share Posted August 7, 2012 I thought I was going to do legs this morning, but I was feeling pretty inflexible, and my feet were iffy, so I did the short workout on Eoin Finn's Pursuit of Happy Hips. I think it's called " All Downhill " . I hadn't done this one in a really long time. Loved it so much! It made my feet feel better. I don't know why it always surprises me how much better I feel after a good yoga session. I'll do Cathe's Pure Strength Legs tomorrow. I logged 18,037 steps: walk commute (the long way from another BART station) plus a lunch walk. Gorgeous day, but the air was a bit sooty from yesterday's refinery fire. Best of all I hit my food target with the right foods. It's good to be in that groove. I've been forgetting to mention that I'm still on a roll with the evening music practice. So calming.
